Come join this mixed-level practice designed to build connection with ourselves, one another and the Spirit through movement, prayer and meditation. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and a small blanket or bath/beach-size towel. Other props, including chairs will be available. Park in the west parking lot and meet in the Calvary Room-other entrances will not be open. You may put any belongings in the Nazareth Room across the hall. A free-will offering will be received.

Upcoming Studies:September 22-October 27Barbara Brown Taylor’s "Learning to Walk in the Dark" provides a way to find spirituality in those times when we don’t have all the answers. Through darkness we find courage, we understand the world in new ways, and we feel God’s presence around us, Gguiding us through things seen and unseen. Often, it is while we are in the dark that we grow the most.
