The SALC Quilter gather on the Tuesdays of the month to sew quilts and make school bags for a variety of local organizations and for Lutheran World Relief.  Saint Andrew quilters also make “Alzheimer Mats” for local nursing homes that help patients with dementia interact with familiar items to bring comfort. Join the quilting bee for good conversation, fellowship and a favorite task, quilting! The quilters are always looking for donations of extra fabric and supplies to help with their efforts

Compassion Camp is a program where kids, families, and church communities explore what it means to have compassion for ourselves, others, and the world. VBS will be a 3-day program hosted at Saint Andrew from 9am – 12pm each day. Curriculum and activities are geared toward children 4-7 years of age, but older children are welcome to participate!

Children entering 3rd-6th grade will experience the special day camp at Waypost Camp on Mission Lake in Hatley. Campers will enjoy all the excitement of camp with Waypost counselors alongside chaperones from Saint Andrew. A bus will be provided for families who would like transportation to camp. The bus will leave Saint Andrew at 9am and will return to Saint Andrew at 4pm each day.
